Settlement between Haji Mahmud Tajir [the merchant], son of Haji Muhammad Husayn Tajir from Shiraz, and Bibi Havva’ Baygum, daughter of the late Ghulam Riza and wife of Mashhadi Hasan Naddaf [cotton carder] from Shiraz, over half of a house located in the Ishaq Bayg neighborhood of Shiraz for one hundred tumans, with the condition that if paying the price takes more than a year, the buyer has to pay additional one tuman and five thousand dinars per month on top of the original price.
